Default Replacement Shifter

I wish to upgrade my OEM C5Z06 shifter. Has anyone currently running HPDE's installed the MTI Racing Six Shooter Shifter? I like to use local suppliers when possible and wondered how well this shifter works.

Other suggestions and why are welcomed.

If the mechanisium of your gear shift is not working well take it apart and look at it.

Some times just cleaning it will allow it to work better.

use a simple Hardbar Delrin shift ****

My uncle has the MTI shifter on his C5Z and likes it. His car is primarily an HPDE car nowadays. It's a lot smoother and takes less effort than the Hurst I have in my car. Both of them are better than stock in my opinion.
