Yep... that's what it looks like (hehe) - Nice way to keep it going in the right direction, especially with the close traffic you'd just passed.

Quick hands. I don't know if it was just me, but I always had problems finding gears with the stock shifter and that was just driving on the street.

Good way to wipe out a crank too. Nice save!

I had a friend that missed a 4th gear shift and hit 2nd in his M3. Instant no oil pressure from spun bearings.

Thanks. I wouldn't classify Mark as traffic though since he set another new track record this weekend on scrubs. (I think he's the one with a cheater cam)

Scott shows up with his newly acquired '99 FRC to run TTA.

"yeah it's a stock LS-1"

after one of my cool down laps I let him by, and then tucked in behind him, just to see the hp difference between the LS6 and LS1. We come off a corner at X distance apart, I'm WOT and before the next corner, I've pulled maybe 2 inches on him. lol

then when I drove it, I'm sitting in the seat and it's paddling my fanny to the tune of, oh, let's say something with maybe a 110 lobe separation

stock cam

btw I loved the M6 box there, it would be perfect with the LS6 with 500 more revs

hey I don't care, the more equal the cars the better

I'd have to dig around the rules/points (you'd have to double check your cam) but that thing could be a killer TTB car with some "skinny" 275s

Yeah that's the plan at the moment to get a shot at some tires. Longterm goal is TTA for sure.

I'm gonna put a dial indicator on the cam and video the results so you guys will stop fussin.

Double or nothing it's stock.
I drove the ZO6 to work today and there's no comparison. It pulls so much harder it's rediculous. You guys really had me worried about it, but I'm certain about it now. We should have a pool going on this.
