Default alignment recomendations

First time to the roadcourse side of the forum, but figured it would be the best place to get an answer to my question. Im building an 81 and want to get alignment specs for i guess i could say spirited driving. want to set it up as close to track alignment as possible without major tire wear. this car will see prob 7-9 thousand miles a year. allpoly bushings,hiem joint style strut rods,new moog stock replacement big block srings, stock fiberglass monoleaf rear. All susp new. 20/8.5 wheels 255 35 20 nitto 555's

Thanks, think i could go with toe @ zero,1.5 - camber @ all corners, and caster2.75 with toe 1/8 in on rear??
