Looks cool, I've never heard of it. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the future of many tracks

Melting Slicks
This track is very fun and challenging. But not up to the caliber of other local tracks in our area as far as track surface. They skimped on the road base under the track so it became bumpy especially in braking areas. The fact that its a 4+ hour drive for most people is another disadvantage. Hopefully they can figure out a way of keeping it open or selling it to another owner if for no other reason than the fact that its almost impossible to open a new track anywhere with all our environmental regulations these days .

Seems relatively easy to open a track in Texas. Two new ones in Austin area alone. No environmental hurdles that can't be overcome. I'm sorry to see this track close.
