Default more sad news - Bill Scott

Bill Scott, owner of Summit Point Raceway died this morning, 7 December, after a long illoness. Serivce will be at Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville, Virginia on Thursday 10 December. I don't know the time of services but details can be obtained from Summit Point Raceway office.
