Happy New Years!!!
Happy New Years to the Corvette Forum Members, Vendors, and Lurkers. We have always enjoyed working with people to meet their goals. The aftermarket auto industry is more to us then selling parts and working on cars, it's about the people that make this fast paced business fun. For whatever the reason this year has been more enjoyable then years past. With some luck and hard work we think 2010 will be even better!
2009 has had it's ups and downs around here. Looking back all of the downs even had some good in it. Health issues have force my Grandmas (2) into nursing homes, the shop dog Annie had a grape fruit sized growth removed from her insides, one of the guys in the shop had major health problems. The good news everyone is doing better now One of my grandmas is cooking cookies for everyone, and the other is talking crap to the physical theropist. The dog is running around and gaining weight and Todd was at the shop today for 15 minutes. So it's getting back to normal
The major ups have been, I personally started road racing a Corvette. It was a goal that I made a couple years ago and it happened! We feel it's going to be good for the shop and myself. It gave me the chance to win a race on the ice, dirt and asphalt in 2009.
Doug has been sporting a new body (1969) and donky for 2009 vintage racing. He kinda fell into vintage racing a couple years ago, and fell in love. He has been working hard on his driving and the car without getting into business time and money.
Looking into the crystal ball into 2010. There will be a cool DRM built car at the track summer 2010. There will be a new DRM website. There will be a more DRM products. Can't wait for 2010
We need everyone to have a safe New Years eve and a BETTER year then last.
Here is a slideshow that I made tonight here at the shop!!! About 10 percent of my happy times in 2009
This was the 2009 fireworks show, this video brings me back to 4th of July, a warm time, a simple weekend of planning a fireworks show with some old buddies I thought of this after I heard my neighbor shooting rounds 7:00pm in the dark on New Years eve
Have a good 2010

Hey Randy!
You sure can tell who's getting older...
It's any of us car nuts sitting at home typing on the Corvette Forum on New Years Eve
Just about the only thing that could keep me awake until midnight tonight would be a new thread on rotors or maybe what brake pads work best on and off track...
Thanks for all the advice and good times at the track and elsewhere!
