Default Where to try-on race seats on Long Island?

I'm 6'4", 200lbs, 36 waist but wide hip bones. I'm hesitant to jump in and buy seats on internet opinions and would love to try-on some seats before I buy.
Anyplace around that has seats to try?

Thanks,
TomK

Nando,
I appreciate the offer, but I think that's a still a drive. You going to LRP on 3/27 with PDA? I'm trying to get my car ready before then...too much work....Tick adj.master, RD rad, DRM tranny/diff coolers... and then the seat/bars to deal with.

I'd love to just jump in with an Evo2+ for me and an Evo2 for passenger, but I'd really hate to not like it after - I once bought a Recaro Speed and needed a BFH to bang out some internal metal rail that dug into my hips. The BFH worked but split the seat cover.

What are you using for harness-attachment - cage? rollbar? harness bar?

Thanks,
TomK

Tom I am running a 4 point R&D roll bar, with 5 point Team Tech's, and drivers side is mounted on sparco rail, and passenger seat is mounted on a hardbar mount. If I had to do it over again I would have done a Pfadt roll bar instead, or go custom 6 point.
I am planning on running NJMP Aug 29th with PDA, if that helps. I have sat in many seats over the years, and the sparco's are really nice. The carvigeos "Spelling" are really nice for street and track but they are expensive.
Feel free to pm me if you need help, and BTW I finally got my ti mod done last year

Thanks so much, but I rolled the dice and tried something on a whim...I called Sube Sports and discussed my needs with a helpful guy and he steered me towards the Cobra Suzuka GT...the wider/taller seat.
The hips fit me like a glove and the shoulder/harness holes are in a perfect position for me.

I should be mounting them up this weekend and I'll share my thoughts.

Thanks again,
TomK

http://www.arizenracingsports.com/ is over by the casino's in CT, just a ferry ride away. They have a c5/c6 seat but I've never sat in one so I can't comment on fit etc.
