I love that car!

There is a good racing lesson at 6:24. You can't get tunnel vision on the car in front of you. If he did, he would have followed the GT3 around the left of the car. Rather, he saw the opportunity on the right and capitalized on it. Nice.

Is that a Cayman he's running against?

If so, that's one stout Caymen.

I would have thought a race prepped C6Z would have eaten that thing alive.

You mean the one with the wing and the big fat race looking tires?

I suspect neither one of those cars was anywhere near stock.

Wonder what group that was. The "traffic" was pretty well behaved.

The Cayman was outcarred from the outset. The Z had a big wing and tires, probably even larger, along with a lot more motor.

I can't imagine these cars running the same class. The Z vs. a P-Cup car, maybe, but not a Cayman.

Here's a couple of pix of Kissling's 'Vettes:

Seems the ring is a track where a lesser car can hold back a better car due to the width of the track and enough traffic to help block. Once he got ahead it appeared the Z06 was going even faster. It would have been interesting to see a rear camera view to see how well the Cayman hung with the vette once he was passed, or a camera from the Cayman.
