Default [Rolex 24] Who's Watching?

We hope to attend some day, but not this year. Who else is watching? I'm going to try and watch all Speed's live coverage today and tomorrow.

Speed is on the TV right now. Just waiting for the broadcast to start. Pulling for those Chevy powered cars!

Yeah, I noticed the National Anthem in the background during the interview of Scott. I guess they wanted to get their interview in.

So I looked at the entry list and only saw one Corvette entry. However, I thought I just saw two Vettes on the grid. Maybe I am just still recovering from a few too many beers last night. Can anyone confirm how many Vettes there are?

I'm watchin, but I'd like to know How does NASCAR “equalize” the RX-8 so that it can (with great handling, BUT only 215hp) manage to lead a class of Porsche GT-3Rs, Corvettes, Camaros, and BMW M6s?????????

Thats part of the shell game... The RX 8 is a shell on a tube frame chassis just like the pontiacs were last year.. How did a G6 race with porsches...

The rule book has two sections... Prep 1, for stock tubbed cars like the Porsche, and Prep 2 for those cars that buy a Riley chassis and install a carbon fiber shell...Prep 2 has no relationship to the real car, or very little...

NASCAR doesn't have anything to do with GrandAM.....

Robin Liddell is leading GT in the 57 Camaro! Paul Edwards and the 07 Corvette that started 4th has dropped to 21st a lap down. I saw the car in the pits before the 1st full course caution but I don't know what the issue was.

I'm watching. The vettes don't seem to be doing so well, but the #57 Camaro, that Jan Magnussen is a co-driver of, is up front for GT.

Well the street M6 is still the V10 but the race car has a V8. Not sure if its true but the TV broadcast has made it sound like the M6 race car and the BMW powered DP cars have the same V8 engine under the hood.

Go Camaro. The 07 Vette is pretty far back but still lead lap. Hopefully they stay solid and move up higher as the track dries and attrition takes effect.

I'm watching, too.
I bought a former GS car from a team that is fielding one of the Corvettes. Gotta root for the GM guys.
