How much clearance is needed between the caliper and spokes?
I am doing C6 Z06 brakes on my C5Z.
I have 18" replicas up front. With a 1/4" spacer there is about the thickness of a credit card and a half between the closest part of the caliper to the spoke.
Is this too close? The reason I ask is because if it is, I will have to order 3/8" spacers as well as extended wheel studs.
Thanks for your help.

You could go with aftermarket studs that are the same length as the OEM studs but have thread all the way to the end. That gives you close to a 1/4"in more effective length. That is what I did when I started using 1/8" spacers on my C5Z. I had the LG G stop brakes on the front and the Z 17 inch wheels cleared the calipers just fine but when I started running 18x10.5 Z rear wheels on the front for track days I had just about the same amount of clearance as you say you have.
