That piston has such a short skirt, I don't see how they can keep it from rocking in the bore. At the high RPM ranges of the Ferrari F1 cars it is amazing that it would work.

2001 piston they are probably shorter now!

Some of the boys are going to a ferrous metal piston also. I have been working with a aftermarket overseas piston company on this for some corvette love. We will see how far we get with that, the cost will shock the average guy as it did me.
