Default Brake question

Hey guys,

Installed some Wilwood calipers recently and noticed even after bleeding the system the rubber underside of the brake cylinder cap keeps "extending" out. Is this an indication that there is air in the system still?

I experienced something similar with the clutch cap a few months back and it turned out air was in the system.

It should only expand if you are losing fluid, basically a pressure release. Is your fluid level dropping, or is it extending down into the fluid?

I did have a leak at one of the SS lines I installed but corrected prior to seeing it expand again. hmmmmm...... have to look around again but while bleeding I didnt see any leaks at any corner. It was a pretty noticeable leak the first time.

So, is it safe to say when it expands thats a leak? Only way to see if there is air in the system is to bleed?
