I just posted in Gary's thread about a member getting the DTM calipers....and you post a car with MOTIVE calipers

i've never actually heard a review of them, are they really worth the price?

BTW, that car looks great!

Late next week, it will be sad to see it leave. But that's part of building cars for other people

Very cool. Any idea how many hours it took to build? Last I saw it was in early Jan and it only had the skeleton of the body, frame, firewall, and cage half way done...quite the change from then

So how does it get over to the customer now? Like a big christmas present in a plywood crate ?

They were customer supplied. We don't have any experience with them at all besides in the parking lot. They are local to where the car is headed so to get spares and etc should be a walk in the park.

The car is heading for the coast then getting loaded in a big container and put on the boat for a long ride across the big pond.

Do you have more pics of the left front how the cage ties into the frame?

Here is a picture of the right front, about the same drill on the driver's side.

Hmm looks good with the wing. Looks like my Drool marks cleaned up alright from when i was up dropping my car off.

So how is the car getting to the coast? dose he need someone to drive it there or transport?

Hey Randy...
I saw this car sitting in the parking lot this Friday. Man it was SEXY!!! Had to snap a few pics.

I came out to find an X-pipe from a C6 take-off for my C3-LS1 conversion, rummaging through the backroom parts bin. I've got a long winded thread in the C3 Tech section if you're bored and want to check it.

You guys treated me very cool while I was there. Thanks for that!

for DRM!!
