Default 2009 Z06 Oiling System

I have had my stock 2009 Z06, with 1,200 miles, out to the Road Race track 3 times and it has run perfect! Does the increase to 10.5 quarts in the 2009 stock Dry Sump fix all of the oiling issues I have read about here that people are having in the previous years 8.5 quart systems Did they make any other changes to the oiling system? Is a upgrade necessary running 2 to 3 times per month? Thanks
