WOW. That's a pretty big hit to the racing community.
Wasn't there some discrepancy over Impact Racing products trying to replace non-authentic parts on HANS units last year? But there was nothing that said Impact did it?

I'd like to get some fake shoes for 25 bucks 
, too bad the store is so far away.
I was kind of leary when I got my impact open wheel padded gloves and they had a made in china tag. They aren't SFI though. Either way they were free.
