Default A/C condensor / Shroud question

For those of you who have removed the condensor, what if anything did you do with the shroud? Have you had any air flow/cooling issues?

No condensor, no shroud, no cooling issues. This is with DeWitts rad.

Nothing! good temps and no change except weight! I just used some black duct tape to seal off the surrounding areas to make sure all the air is going to the rad instead of any cracks around shround.

That's a pretty large gap there without the condensor. The top of the shroud goes over the condensor. What is keeping yours from falling towards the radiator?

I have foam padding sandwiched between shroud and radiator to keep it still.

AC foam from lowes, around an inch thick. You Must fill the gap, or you'd be bettering leaving the evaporator in place.

Thanks guys. I'll check that out.
What about where the top of the shroud goes over the condensor. What to do there? Looks like it'll just be floppin around with nothing to hold it in place.

Sandwich some thick foam to top of condensor so when you tighten down top of shround it holds it in place.

it's been a while, but I'm thinking zip ties and ductape.......or a piece of aluminum to bridge the gap between the shroud and the radiator cover. It doesn't have to be pretty......
