Took pretty much a day on jack stands with a bench vice. Could probably get it done much faster, and cleaner, the second time around.

mostly just takes patience. I drill them out and then just push them out. If you have a press, I'm sure it's much quicker. Takes a while, but not "hard" about it.

I would say just be careful removing the old ones from the aluminum A-arms. If you don't feel comfortable, let a machine shop do it. It won't cost much. Putting the new ones in is a snap.

C5/6 I have been using Vette Brakes units. The Energy Suspension pieces want you to re-use all of the stock metal sleeves which is darn near impossible.

Install is cake, make sure you have a press, and a saw of some sort to cut the ends off of the lowers. That made it the easiest for myself to do them.

I have VBP units in stock if you need a car set of bushings.

installed the Pfadt (latest version) kit recently.

the only tough part was getting the 1 pc (large) lower rears pushed in (I need a better press). otherwise, removing the old and the 2 pc ones were easy

i did the full pfadt kit with only a vise. piece of cake, although like drivinhard said, one of the rears was pretty tricky. it'd probably help if you chamfer the leading edge just a tad. you'll know which one it is when you get to it.

FWIW, make sure to use the correct type grease and apply it in the right areas. Perhaps you know this already, if not, search for information because there are various sites that are very helpful.

goto the suspension section and read on the pfadt set up.

It was a pain, the VBP one is a ton easier
