I originally posted this in OT, but then realized you guys would be more interested.

I did a search and didnt find any mention of this. Who'll be the first to represent corvette forum? Speed TV is supposed to start airing this on April 5th

It just looks like it's some friendly competition among competing car brands. Should be entertaining at the very least.

I'm not saying that anyone is really going to take this seriously. I just figured corvette forum is so active, that someone would get a kick out of racing their car on tv.

That looks like Toyota Speedway at Irwindale about an hour from my house.

It is a 1/2 mile banked oval and a drag strip. I have driven the oval on two separate occassions in a super late modified. It sure is different from a road course.

Rob Krider's name sounds familiar. The other guy I did not recognize. I am sure the are both local to SoCal. I did some quick research and it appears Rob is a Solo driver and the other guy a drifting expert.
