Default Lexan Scratch Remover?

Has anyone tried one of headlight scrath remover kits on a lexan surface? Anyone have suggestions to get a scratch / swirls outs lexan?

If it is really Lexan I doubt you can because it is so soft. That is why we discontinued using it in the aircraft side windows and went back to an acrylic.

Also, most solvents, especially MEK, will craze it if you so much as touch it with the stuff.

anyone else? i got a spectre werkes headlight set with a minor scratch i need out :-P

I heard that is no magic as claimed. I have used the above product.

Micro Mesh Kits work good on acrylic. I haven't tried it on lexan, but it's application is for all plastics and it lists helmet face shields.

Novus on lexan works like a charm, they have light and heavy duty.

Just get them tinted or painted. They going to get banged up anyway if you're out on the track.
