FS: 02 C5 Z06 T-1 Racecar
I am selling my t-1 vette. This car was built into a racecar right off the show room floor. The title is with the car and is clean. This car was last ran by Pete Looby. Car was very fast. I am asking $27,500 for the car complete and running. If you have any questions and are interested call (712)-472-2990 and ask for Randy. He will provide full details about the car. Folks I have talked to Randy a good bit about this car over the past few days. I was ready to pull the trigger but just found out that my employment situation may change so I cannot do it right now. Of all the T1 cars I have considered this is the best deal.
This is Dr. Pete Looby's T1 car that he had built from a brand new 2002 Z06. Randy bought it in 2006 if I remeber correctly. He has had it down to MAM a few times but it has not been run hard. He just replaced the front rotors for the first time since he bought it. This car only has ~7000 miles total on it! He has a ton of spare parts that go with the car such as a new torque tube, a new never installed set of ceramic coated headers, extra set of wheels and so on. From what he told me the car was freshened up for the 2005 Regionals, run there and then parked until he bought it. Trans and diff have been rebuilt, new shocks, etc. Car has a T1 trans cooler and other stuff. Sounds like Dr. Looby spared no expense on properly prepping and maintaining the car.
If you are interested call Randy. He is not a big computer guy so that works best!
