When to replace DBA4000 rotors?
How do I know when to replace my rotors?
Do I use the OEM dimensions or can I go with more wear?
Do I only worry about minimum thickness?
Or also thickness variation?
Or also lateral runout?
Plan is to only use the rotors/pads for HPDE track days. Will be changing back to OEM rotors and pads after the track when I get home.

they are a lot thicker than OEM so I would not worry about thickness. I am planning to run mine until they crack. they have 7 days on them and are just starting to show heat checking (small vertical cracks that you cannot feel with a fingernail)

Drifting
Run then until they crack and then throw then away. Don't resurface them as it makes them thinner and will not absorb the heat as well with less material on them

I ran my last set until the slots on the outside edge were almost gone. They never cracked... heat stress, but no cracks. I'm starting with a fresh set this year just so I don't have to worry about it.
