Everywhere you can hit a tube. Loosen your shoulderstraps 12 inches and see how far your body and head go and that will give you an idea what your helmet can hit. Only use SFI 45.1 legal padding. It is designed for high impact and not to drip in a fire. Do not use home depot pipe insulation. It may feel good but will not do what SFI padding will do. Also so forget to pad the kneebar if you can hit it with lapbelt loosen about 8 inches.
