Default Tire Pressure ?

Going to the autocross tomorrow any suggestions on tire pressure. Stock A4 2000 coupe with Nitto nt555. I ran with 30 @ my first event and had some roll so I know I need more but how high should I start.

Thanks in advance

Sean - For DE I start my 555s at 26F & 28R and adjust to ~ 38lbs hot. You're probably not going to get them as hot in an AX run so you might want to start around 34lbs and check pressures when you come off the course.

I think that you might want to start about 40psi. I have use those tires on Lightnings and Must/Cobra and being a street tire they do not heat up fast.

pretty sure tire choice plays a major part in this decision.

Yes it does and if you read the OP, we were all talking about the same tire.
