Default RRR 6/12 & 6/13 was AWESOME!!!

I had a blast! My 1st time there and my first HPDE with my vette. 1stz51 and I went down and had an awesome time. He moved up QUICKLY!! He is driving the wheels off that thing!

I want to say it was great to meet some people from the forum. Yall were very friendly and great!!

Also, thanks Steve (my instructor) for all the advice and help you were great!!

Now I just gotta find more $$$ for the next HPDE.

Oh, and this was with the costal empire PCA. IMHO, the event was planned and very well done. I had zero complaints. I will go out with them again.

Glad you had a great time. Was your instructor Steve Albritton with the red 96 C-4? He and I both work at Robins AFB. He's a great guy and an awesome instructor.
I just picked up an 01 C5Z and I'm looking forward to bringing it to the track.

Great weekend, little warm though, no accidents and no serious machanicals. I'd say a very good weekend, althought a few more point bys would be good earlier in the weekend, by the middle of the afternoon point bys were better, I guess some of the drivers have to get warmed up to improve their situational awareness???

It's just a stock, never modded 2001 C5Z with 114K on the clock. It's in great shape and will make an excellent track car. Pics aren't great and it still has every species of bug in the entire U.S. on it.

Sweet. More C5 goodness. Congrats on your first track weekend. Welcome to the club. Get ready to have tons of fun, it just keeps getting better and better. Tip: You might want to think of getting a second income like robbing banks on the weekend to help suppport the habit, lol.

Gary. Nice C5Z you got there. See you at RA this weekend?

I getting pretty psyched up for this weekend. Car is about ready to go. Just gotta swap over to my track pads and rotors. 60+ cars in DE3/4. Wooh Weee! I got one of those GoPro hero cams to record the action also.
