Default Best Transmision fluid for HPDE's?

I've gone to a few HPDE's this past year and really enjoyed them. And would like to do more of them, however I want to be sure I'm taking care of my car's transmission by using the best fluid. So what is the best fluid to use in my particular case?

Thanks!

BTW I do change the transmission fluid ever other track event.

Also how often does the Diff fluid need to be changed? Currently I do it about every year or every four track events.

I use Mobil 1 ATF and Pro Blend Trans Cool..... Tremec recommended it to me 10 years ago, and it's supposedly the ATF equivalent of Water Weter

Synthetic of your favorite brand choice for Transmission & Diff.
IMHO, not necessary to change more than once a year for a street/HPDE car.
I need to check out David's recc on "water wetter for the xmsn"

Im currently using Redline in the Z, but I used Royal Purple for many many miles in the T56 in my GTO track car - very happy with the RP.

Been using Amsoil since my rebuild 30k ago. Not sure there is any GM Spec quality fluid out there that will not do the job..... failures due to fluid I would think are rare. Use what you are comfortable with and change regular intervals ( 1 year or 5 events for me) and ya should be good to go.

every other day is definitely an overkill. before I installed the coolers it seemed that the fluid significantly changed the smell after about 15 DEs. No idea if it was actually any worse as far as wear on trans once it got that burnt smell. Now that I have coolers the plan is to change it once a year (25-30 DEs), just as preventative maintainance.

any brand synthetic fluid will perform about the same. I used both Mobil 1 and Amsoil with no noticeable differences although either one worked a little better than whatever was in from the factory.

I use BG synthetics in both dif and trans. I stilluse additive in diff even though BG says its not necessary
