Need new location for Autocrossing in St.Louis MO
All,
Our current place that we held are races have deceided to shut us down. We are located in St.Louis MO. If you are in the area and know of a person, place, anything please let me know. I can't let my 02 Z06 site in the garage. We don't race on the streets so we need a good flat place to run. Please PM if anyone has an idea for autocrossers in the St.Louis area.
Thanks

I would start with the Corvette club that Auto X's there...not sure which one that is since there are about 6 here in St. Louis.
Sorry I can't help with the Vette clubs...I'm a member of the Porsche, BMW, Audii clubs but don't belong to one of the Vette clubs (except NCM) because they seem to be more quilt social folks than racers.
2nd I would try the local SCCA Auto X folks.
If you can't get any contact info from them talk to someone at the GM plant.

The club that runs at the GMC plant is Boone Trail. Here is the link to their web site.

PM sent Tony.
The Wentzville GM Plant is a good facility, however, they sometimes work on Saturday's which kinda throws a wrench in the works. And, they sometimes park completed Vans (newly built) on the lot(s) we use, which of course throws a "HUGE" wrench in the works.
They will require some form of liability insurance certificate.
The Route 66 Corvette Club is hosting a Corvette autocross weekend at the facility August 21st and 22nd this year. It is an NCCC autocross, but non-NCCC persons with Corvettes and helmets are welcome to participate in our guest class. Good way to "feel out" the lot.
Click below for a link to the flyer for above mentioned autocross.
