Default Who is competing in a C4 (84-96) in Autocross, W2W, TT, and Open Road ?

I am interested in how many of us there are. Who is competing, year of car, type of racing, national or local sanctioning bodies (NASA, SCCA, NCCC, ??), and class/classes you compete in? I am aware of 10 others, but will leave it to you to post if you choose.

Name or CF id, YR, Type of Racing, Sanctions/Classes
Ed Gelston, 86, W2W, NASA ST2, SCCA ITE/ITO

Typically the class identifies the type of racing, but it is provided for those not familiar with the classes, or organizations we may not realize exist.

Looking forward to see the results.

Ed

Eric/Shakedown067, 1996, Autocross, Local F.A.S.T group, Started Season in F class (stock car, street tires over 140 tread wear) and am now in B (stock car, race tires).

We've got just one race left to the 09-10 season in a few weeks. I locked up F class four months ago and am going for second in B class. I haven't faced steady competition. Now on Kumho 710s, it fun consistently running near the top of the pack overall though.

Ed, I'm back!

After two years of busted optisparks and blag flags the car is running well. I ran three races in ST2 at Beaverun last weekend and had 2 wins and a DNF. The DNF was my choice, not the car's It was an amazing sight on Saturday to see the checkered flag...been a looooooong time.

Jon Cisler, 1993 LT1, NASA PTA and ST2.

You coming to MidOhio in August for the Super Touring Spectacular? I heard there are already 13 or so entries.

Thanks to all for posting. Hope there will be more.

Scott,
I would have been disappointed if you did not post. I am targeting being on track to test Fri, July 23 at VIR test day, same day as UTCC. If all goes well, I will race Sat and Sun.

Jon,
Congratulations on being back and the wins! Not sure about Mid-Ohio yet. If testing and first racing goes well, I probably will be there.

Joe, jwt1603, 1994 coupe, NCCC IIIRP, just joined SCCA to get more seat time. I'm being told we will be in XP but not sure of that. WE do a lot of auto-x and we're going to start time trials late this year or early next year.

Aaron Quine (Forum-Rasrboy)
NCCC Autocross & High Speed TT only. This was my Blue 86 junkyard special that was totaled and I bought it for $2,000. I gutted the stock car & made a NCCC RP out of it. Had to do the GS theme.

My Red 87 NCCC Autocross & Highspeed TT(IIIE), NASA (TTU) HPDE's,ETC. Fun car, Last time it was raced was 2006 at Sebring. I really should sell this car cause once the SCCA T1 Z06 came along, she doesn't get any lovin anymore. Original paint and only 11,000 miles. Lots of Rippie parts on this car from back in the days, it damn near handles as good as my Z.
