Default Anyone use pedal extenders for heel/toe shifting?

I was wondering if anyone uses them and if so where did they order them from?

I saw a vette owner at the track and they said it made it easier to heel/toe shift (blip) because it brings the gas pedal closer to brake and even with the brake...any comments

Spring Mountain had them for those who wanted to use them during the school.

You can just change the pedals instead of using extenders. I have them, I think they came from Elite Engineering.

I got the heel toe gas pedal from elite engineering-it helped me a bunch, much easier for me to blip the throttle with there pedal

Anyone make something like this for the C4? I installed a new MC which makes the brake pedal not travel as far. The brakes feel great but I have missed a downshift a couple times now which I never used to do.

When I was learning it I thought I would buy one. Never did and didn't need it. It's amazing how it just comes to you with practice.

I have a homemade unit (gas pedal extension) that a fellow Spring Mountain attendee was kind enough to ship to me a few years back. Made a world of difference.

I use shims and a pedal cover for the brake pedal to keep it higher than stock. This counters issues with long pedal due to used brake pads (taper) and hot (not boiled) fluid. I fabbed a gas pedal extension cover similar to the Elite, but I find that reaching the gas is not a problem. If the brake pedal is low, I need room to pivot my foot away from the gas on braking, so the gas pedal extension was actually detrimental. I don't use it anymore, just the brake pedal cover w/shims as desired.

A cheap, easy solution...works for the C5 and C6.

Can anyone with a C6 do me a favor and take a few measurements off their extended pedal? I wanted to waterjet one out at work and see the improvement.

Also, do the majority of you folks extend the gas or the brake (assuming gas).

CCA one of the easiest modifications i made... after a rain Day DE i slipped the pedals so much that i got the diamond pattern pedals... Makes a great foot rub when driving barefoot.
