Pfadt Aggressor I package
I will most likely put on a Pfadt Aggressor 1 package on my C6 Z51 05 this fall. I have the following questions to those of you that have made the experience already:
- For you that have done this on Z06/Z51 cars, did you measure lap time improvements on different tracks? I am interested to understand what type of improvements you have experienced.
- My car is a daily driver which I am tracking about once a month. I would have a pretty high acceptance of a bumpy ride. I would not lower the car too much though due to bad roads. Should I go Aggressor I or II?
- I would like to put on the package myself and do have a friend that would help me. Anyone that tried installing it and gave up due to complexity?
Appreciate any input.
PeO.

I have it and installed it in my garage on Labor day last year. Took 2.5 hours to do the rear and about 3.5 to do the front. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and it is a piece of cake.
I think the car rides better than before. Very happy with the decision.

Pfadt Package
I installed the Pfadt Threat Level I (Z06 package) on my C6 Z51. I can tell you it is WORLD'S better than the stock suspension. I can only imagine how much better the car would handle with the Aggressor package.

Drifting
I put just the inverte sport shocks and SS front bar on my C6 Z06 and did a full day test and tune autocross here in TX last summer. Put down over 50 runs in one day. Did about 5-6 baseline runs to ensure that whatever gains I made were car related not driver related. Then started tuning. From the initial settings (which I set as close to stock Z06 as I could based on information from Aaron) to the final settings I ended the day with, I dropped 2.5 seconds in lap times, and the runs were more consistent. The car was MUCH easier to drive fast.
I also "supervised" the install of KBoltz's Pfadt upgrade (you have to supervise when you have a broken arm...good thing I still had one good one for raising a beer bottle). The day after we finished the install, he, his wife and I co-drove the car in an auto-x. I'll upload the in-car vid sometime this next week, but you can see how quiet I was able to keep my hands because of how composed the car was (and no, it wasn't composed because I was going slow - FTD on Day 1 out of 62 cars, 9th out of 53 cars on Day 2). It really does transform the car.

Melting Slicks
Track times were (fast) 45.5 secs.
(I was there too)
And John was blazingly fast in Ken's car.
Therefore the course design consisted of many turns,
and 3 - 360's, further substantiating that Ken's car
was great in the turns.
Next day, we had some more "serious" competitors....
Porsche guys with Autox setup and A6 tires,
BMW guys with autox setup and A6 tires (they left for Packwood the next day).
