Default Upgraded motor mounts for LT-1/4 engine?

Anybody know of any stiffer motor mounts - poly, etc. - for the late model C4 (92-96) with the LT-1/4 engine? Haven't been able to find a thing.

Default LT4 Solid Engine Mounts

Take a look at these:

I never tried them on a car because they are not legal in NCCC Group 1 but we may get around to putting them on Joe's Group III car some day.

Tried VBP - no go.
I would think using solid mounts with a torque tube setup would put alot of stress on the transmission, no?
Nice work Locke.

For what purpose are you using the car? I've also searched extensively to no avail. Quite frankly, the stock ones are pretty good, I still use them in the race car. In 8 years I've replaced them only once, and one of them wasn't torn but was looking pretty rough.

Solid is nice but not required. My fabricator quoted me about $60 a side to make a set IIRC.

It is a track dedicated car (road racing). I would like to reduce the movement of the engine on rapid acceleration/deceleration which can be quite a bit. Rather get that torque transferred to the ground plus the exhaust pipes are hitting the body.

You'll have to explain that concept to me.

It's a connection, usually a turnbuckle that can be adjusted, between the frame and the engine to limit movement.

Are you sure you don't just need new ones? I don't have anywhere near that movement you're describing. And I do more than just drive my C4 to church on Sunday...
