Default Will these tires last a full track day?

I have an event coming up with no track side tire support. I'm wondering if these tires will last a full track day. V710, pic:

What track, and how hard do you push it?

I'll be at Road America. I don't mind taking it a little slow. It's an HPDE event and I'll be test and tuning. I plan to sort out the car some and give my father a ride on track.

looks like the 710 round shoulders. Crank in about 2.0 negative camber to keep the shoulders fresh, or, flip them around on the rims. inner shoulder looks good.

I get scrubs with less tread on them. Heck, you can even see both grooves.

I just flipped these and figure that these are still good for a few 20 minute sessions before the cords start showing. A wee bit of wear dimples are still showing.

I can get you tires if you need them at the event. It looks like you should be good.

Sounds good. Thanks for the input guys!

You will be at the NWSC event? Maybe we could do an order over the phone and I could pick them up there? Save me some driving. I will need tires after this event anyways.

Those should easily last the day. 710s have good wear.

Andrew,

We will NOT be running at the NWSC event this year. We will be at the BMW national event for five days prior to the shely club. If you do want something Greg can take it there. He is fairly close by.

I gave Greg a call and he was okay with bringing a set of 275/35/18 888's to the event. Thanks guys!

I'll be able to run the tires from GT into town to be mounted if they don't make it. Funny tracks don't have more services like that.

Keep in mind too once the grooves are gone there is still some tread left. Look for the little holes for tread depth. Should be 4 holes across the tire in a couple spots around it.
