Do Ra1 335/30/18 fit on the stock z rear rim and will there be any issues rubbing?

rubbing or not, I dont think that combo's recommended. I dont think the tire would sit and contact the pavement optimally. that said, I would go by the tire manufacturer's documentation for acceptable wheel sizes for the tire model and size.
