Default First HPDE Event

This past weekend I completed my first DE event with PCA at Pocono. What a thrill! Quite a few Corvettes were there too and both days were organized well. I would like to thank everyone on this forum who share their experience especially Zenak. I've spent the past 2 months gathering information from here on car prep, and the Z performed flawlessly the whole weekend. Needless to say the addiction has set in, I registered for the October event at NJMP.

Thanks again

Glad you had a good time. It's quite addicting, so be very afraid.

Thanx Jim. Talked to Josh Dodd on Monday and he told me who you are. Yes it is a great group of people. As a matter of fact some PCA members from other regions were very complmentary as to how the event was run and the friendly nature of everyone. I'll indeed PM you with any questions. Look forward to seeing you again next month.

He is right.

If this is your first event and your already signed up for your next, welcome to the addiction.

I am changing out my rotors for the first time after 4 events (bought the car used updated the pads and the cracks are starting to spread so i'd rather be safe than sorry).

So much information out here on the forums, smart to read ahead and learn all that you can.

As someone on another post said..

If your not broke then your not doing it right.

Which event at Thunderbolt next month are you guys referring to? I wouldn't mind hitting that track once more this year.
