Official Petit Lemans thread (possible spoilers)
Who is going to watch tomorrow? I am going to try to watch all hours of coverage.
Told Amy I will prob be sitting around cleaning out the fridge of beer all day
Also I was at Barrett Jackson last weekend and got to meet a higher up from the speed tv channel. I asked him if he was at mosport to see the porsche crash and he said you did not even get to see all the angles it was taped from. he said that alot of times you don't get to see most of the angles as it would be pretty evident who caused what on the road courses.
Hope the vettes can pull one outta the air tomorrow

I'll be watching, and cheering for the Extreme Speed Motorsports #02 Ferrarir, and the Risi Ferrari's. I have a friend driving the #02, Joao Barbosa, and a friend on the Risi team. I know this is a vetter forum, but that's how I roll.
Gotta go get my run in early, so I can get back and watch!

I usually go to PLM every year but work kept me from going.
I have already told my wife that I will be in my office watching and she said she wouldn't disturb me.

Watching now...of course Speed does no pre-race coverage of the Corvette Teams and only gives cursory mention that Corvette is still looking for its first win of the season...

Just watched the Ferrari CATCH Jan on the straight, and then outbreak him, to go around him. Can't win a race getting outrun like that. Looks like the restrictions may still be too great on the Vettes?

That said, the Britcar 24 is this weekend too, and 4 Mosler's are entered.

Oh man so frustrated sitting here at work having to just listen to this.
I said I would work for a friend, knowing I could watch the race online.
**** Me! 5 hours to go till I get home to watch the ending.

Hate to say it, but it is kind of understandable based on the crappy season they have had..... They HAVE to get their stuff together, they are so much better than this.

I'm actually not that surprised - the GT2 car is substantially different from the GT1 car and there's real and highly experienced competition. Kind of like the real world..
