Default Wheel Weight Tape for Black Wheels?
What tape is used to cover wheel weights on black wheels.

I think most people use regular 3m 427 aluminum tape on bright wheels but I am looking for something less noticeable for black wheels.

I've been using black Gorilla tape and it has been holding up well.

Mask off the wheel around the weights and spray paint the weights black?

Not hard to do and the paint will last longer than the tape. Use an epoxy enamel like Rustoleum. You can even buy the brush-on paint in the 4 oz version.

Go to home depot or lowes. Have seen BLACK HVAC Duct tape as well
