Default R888s in the wet -- what to expect on track?

I'm signed up for a two-day HPDE and day one looks like pretty heavy rain. I've run on standard tires in the wet before, but never R888s.

From those who've run them, what should I expect from full tread R888s in wet track conditions?

Thanks for the intel.

Default Wet

R888 are great in rain, better than any other R tire I know of as long as it is not cold. You will be fast.

They'll be better than street tires.

Rest easy...

Thanks folks. Shouldn't be too cold-- mid 60s. I'll report back afterwards.

Post-script: Tires were outstanding in pretty heavy rain. Very predictable.
