Default Any pictures of C5 Z06 with no roof liner?

I'm thinking of pulling out the roof liner. I would like to see what's hiding under it. Any pictures would be great. C5 Z06 preferably.

thanks,
Steve A.

I agree that pulling out the liner is race related, but you should probably put the question in general and the ZO6 sections as you'll get a wider audience.

My car is in the bodyshop now so no pics but w/o liner it is just Fglass. The window ledge by your head of the liner is special. It has corrigated plastic on it to protect or energy absorb your head hitting the roof so leave the headliner in unless you need some extra inch for welding your cage.

That's good to know. I better leave it in.

Thanks,

I just cut mine apart,2001 Z06, and there wasn't any corregated plastic?? In the roof or in the liner itself??

Pretty sure that the corrugated plastic is in the 02+ cars. The 01Zs had more headroom than the later cars. Not sure about the FRCs.
