Give Johnny Haskell a shout. The car has a NCCC liscense frame and Johnny gets to more NCCC events than anyone else in the Nation.
You could also try the NCCC Net to get a response.
I do not recognize but have only been doing events in the Southeast lately. It was not at convention in Palm Beach this summer.

Thanks Danny, I called. It was not his and he did not know who it is.
Justin, No it is not Craig's old car. His was red, white & blue. It is now owned by a fellow in Knoxville who has been having a blast with it, and driving well.
