Locals @ VIR That Rent RV's. Anyone Know?
I am doing the 3 day event at vir next weekend with PCA . We have well over 200 people signed up and all the rooms on the track are booked. I read in the past but cant find it any where now, that there are locals that would bring there rv's to the track and rent them. If anyone knows a contact name and number I sure would appreciate it.

We probably will stay in Danville but all my group are staying on the track plus my girlfriend is bitching about not having any where to go to get out of the cold. If the rv thing was resonable I was going to go that route.

Never heard of the RV rental. Stay in Danville ... if the GF is bitching leave her at home ... Or, she can sit in the north tower all day.

Go to google, type in rv rentals in danville virginia. There are a couple that come up. I looked into this for Road Atlanta last weekend but thought it was too exspensive. We ended up staying at a hotel.

I do agree about leaving a bitching girlfriend at home but I did fail to mention that she is the smart educated one with a good job . I use her suv for a tow vehicle and she pays for the gas coming and going plus buys dinner. She has only missed one hpde/race in 4 years. She does fuss from time to time but she is quite a trooper. And no she does not have a sister.

There is a really nice B & B about 4 miles from the track. http://www.innvirginia.com/listings/...-virginia.html
Since the lady is providing the tow vehicle and gas, give her a nice weekend, even a massage !! And it's not as expensive as one of the track rooms !
