Default Tire Question for Stock C6 Wheels

Can you run a 305/30/19 safely on our stock rear wheels?

I have been looking at going from my NT05 275/30/19, to the Pirelli P Zero 305/30/19. As I noticed both of the cars tested in the latest R&T(Dec.) were wearing P Zero's, and ran some impressive times to both 60 and 1/4mi. (3sec to 60/11.0@128)

Or getting some front's widened out to 11", and run the NT555R2's as per this great post:

I'm looking for more traction, but not just in a straight line...which is why I'm posting over here

I would like to stick with the stock wheels for now, as I'm not quite ready for the bad a$$ Forgeline's with some monster Brembo's. Hopefully soon though
