Default EBC Bluestuff NDX pads anyone ?

Hi guys (and girls),

I'm looking at different pads for my C6 with Z51 option, and found an article about EBC Bluestuff NDX pads. The guys over at the Scooby forum seem to like these new pads a lot, they are highly rated.

Does anyone of you have any experiences with the new Bluestuff NDX pads ?

Fred

There are better brake pads on the market.

Remember most articles are advertising.

What is your intended use? auto-X, HPDEs / track days. aggressive driving / street use ?

I live in the Netherlands, near the unlimited German Autobahn so I drive the car fast every now and then, also the occasional track day. I know that there are other good pads, I have been looking into the pad situation for some time. From what I read on the internet posted by different users on the scooby forum for instance, is that these new Bluestuff NDX pads are very good. I was only wondering is someone has tried these on a Corvette. They were introduced on the Sema 2010

The other thing is that they can be bought here in Europe, that saves me a ton of money on shipping other pads from the US.

I think I may be to soon asking for experiences, the pads are probably to new and haven't been tested by many in the US.

I have tried the EBC Yellow R1793 D, which is a predecessor but a similar compound to the Bluestuff NDX, so I think my comments are more relevant than those with zero direct experience with the product. First of all, I did get my pads for free from Andy Freeman to evaluate but my observations were real. They are a dual purpose(street/track) pad.
