Chicago Region SCCA January meeting at Blackdog
Wednesday, January 19th, 2011. Meeting starts at 7pm. This is the monthly general membership meeting, and all are welcome to attend (SCCA members, or not).
Guest speaker is Tom Stephani. Tom will be giving a wonderful presentation on Nickey Chevrolet and their racing programs of the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s!! Tom also will be showing a video and presentation on the “Dead Heat” from 1979. Lots of RA footage from Can-Am and USRRC days as well.
We'll have the shop opened up by 6, so feel free to come early. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the SCCA, a Chevrolet Icon, and Blackdog Racing /Speed Shop.
