World Challenge Corvette GM Factory race car/Box car for sale !! 3R RACING BUILT
Here is an extremely rare opportunity to own one of the 20 originally Corvette Factory and GM Performance Corvette race cars. GMPP supplied SERIOUS race teams with these cars to go racing and kick the European cars. These cars went to Pratt and Miller, Katech, LG, etc.
This car was built by the legendary 3R Racing in Denver Colorado. I have all the history on the car and the entire build photographed since day one.
It was built to exceed World Challenge specs. It has an extremely limited race career as it was seized by the Feds, and locked up for over 5 years. I bought the car, had it gone thru top to bottom and ran a few times. It won both races at Homestead !! This car is seriously FAST !
Here’s the good stuff: Pro built LS 6, all the best forged stuff, conservative tuned, stock intake, makes 498 RWHP, Plenty of power left, it was tuned for longevity. Full dry sump set as well ! It sounds like a screaming Banshee !!
Custom GMPP Racing 5 speed transmission, specially built for World Challenge, you had to have a W/C team to buy these trannies, of course it has a big cooler with a new Viton pump.
Quaife rear end with cooler as well, and it comes with a fresh diff as a spare as well !
BIG Brembo Grand Turismo 6 piston calipers with new hats and rotors, Carbotech 16s and 12 pads.
Penske 3 way adjustable shocks, and a 3R Custom sway bar set up.
Brand new Ron Davis radiator with built in oil coolers. It also has a MOTEC data system
This car has SO many trick and unique things done to it. 3R Racing builds an amazing car. Someone told me that these extremely rare race cars could easily be the next Factory L88 cars….think about that…….$$$$$$$$$
This car has been gone thru and has all fresh fluids, new belts, helmet blower and Kool suit set up. It is EXTREMLY tight, light race car, it is not some worn out POS.

I hate to see you get rid of it Bruce, I was looking forward to seeing you in group 9 this year. I hope you are still going to have something else to run when we get to PBIR next month.
