How to route factory belts in GT3 style seats
I've seen it done both ways, but does anyone know the 100% right way?
I'm wondering if the belt should be routed through the hole in the upper part of the seat, or should I just leave it out?
Here is a link to the type of seat I'm talking about...sorry can't access photobucket at work.

Since LG sells these why not ask them before you purchase the seat.

Here's how. First as shown in my (departed) 996 GT3, now in my C6Z. You will notice in the Z that the female end of the factory belt is longer, so it can pass through the inboard lower hole in the seat. (This may also be dictated by insufficient room between the seat and the console -- I don't remember now and I'm out of town so I can't check the car.)
