Just the economy and you will see more. I can't sponsor myself due to the economy.
Just no dollars for construction. No wonder when you see an architect spending 300,000 on a skylight for a lobby at an entrance. 5'x6' mat that fits in a recess in a firehouse floor I did cost 6500 bucks just to buy.
