You might want to give Vette Brakes & Products a call. It shows up on page 22 of their catalog (you can download it here http://www.vbandp.com/Download-VBP-Catalog-PDF/) but I can't find it on their web site. Part number 97532, 1997-2006 Toe-Rod End Rear, $44.99 each. They under a heading saying they are heavy duty.

Be sure to tell them you are a forum member as they offer discounts.

Thanks, will give them a call monday, the picture shows male tie rod ends & we use female, but it could just be a picture mix up in the catalog

I have the VB&P ones. Front and back. They seem pretty good.

Dunno why Rockauto does not carry the rears.

I got my MOOG rears at Corvette Central for about $45.

Curious, also Rock Auto charges about $65 for the fronts.

I had previously found their prices to be among the best, but I guess you always have to check.

Thanks

I THOUGHT it was MOOG, but that might not be true. I does not have MOOG stamped on anything.

It has grease fitting that has to be installed as well as dust boot and loose hardware including a castellated nut and cotter pin. Corvette Central number is 585035 on a sticker that is covering the original on the bag. Mfg number is 39964. I'm having trouble pulling off the rest without destroying it.

Goggle that part number and it shows up on Eckler's and Corvette Depot in Canada.

Chinese knock-off of MOOG?

Maybe,

I have MOOG fronts from Rock auto & they say MOOG on the rubber and on the end where the grease fitting goes.
