Amen! T4 got me a few years back but RaftRacer showed me how to easily pick up a second or two on the way to T5. One can bring on the throttle so much sooner if adhering to the correct line.

A little past mid apex for T3 but not a late, late apex. Hold it on the right curbing a couple of car lengths but not much farther as you begin to get into the off-camber/rubber marbles and such. Bring car across to inside left well before mid apex into T4 and start rolling on the throttle when you get a good bearing of far end of right curb on straight for track out. The car will launch to T5! In other words, do not use too late an apex into right hand T3 (it will hold) and do not run right side of T4 in off camber. This is my best memory. I will adjust quickly, if need be, when I run it again in a couple of weeks with 10/10ths.

On a bike its the first left hander and that side of the tire doesnt get a lot of heat in it right away . Car guys dont have too worry much .
I was just having a flashback to Easter Sunday 2004 when I had a yard sale over in T$4 .
My fault I push tires too long , The Kicker was I had a new set going on very next session .

Rob, are you local. Drive on out and enjoy the socializing. For a small fee and sign a waiver, you can ride a session with an instructor if you like. Come check it out.

I need to correct my post. I believe the small fee for an instructor ride was with another group. I don't think 10/10ths charges anything, you just have to sign the waiver as with all other groups.

Looks like we should be able to provide the green group with a lot of good instruction since the turnout is so light. Excellent opportunity for anyone thinking about a good start to the season.

The Novice group is filling up.
About 5-6 spots open and then it will be closed for registration.

Hopefully I will have my car on track at this event.
