Melting Slicks
I won't be at Phoenix but hope to go to Fontana for that event.
Me thinks Joey S will be contacting LGM for a new engine build when he gets wind of this!

There are some "time attack" tires that are really sticky but we have to run the same tire for the whole event. The really sticky tires won't last enough laps.
It seems that the warmers are the best answer to get the tires up to temp so they start out at the race temp.
Pirelli tires, from Grand Am are actually some of the best tires that I have ever used.
Look at World Challenge now. They started using Pirelli tires and at St pete last week, they destroyed my 3 year old qualifying record by 2 full seconds on Pirelli tires.
So for the Circuit Battle events, I think the warmers will do the trick.
