Have you checked out the RaceChrono? I really like it. It is nice that you can see your sector times in real time while you are on the track. It is also very easy to install because the components connect using bluetooth so you don't have to tap into any wiring (like the traqmate). It also cost a lot less....if that is a factor in you decision, as it was for me.

Here is a picture of where I installed the unit. It is very easy to see while on the track.
