Default Michelin Sport CUP - 325 vs 345 rears

stock Z06 - tires for track days
OEM rims - 18/19

Is the 345 too much tire for a sock Z06 - pro/con's
Is the 325 enough tire.
Also what size would you run on the front with the 325 or the 345's

Look at the weight of each tire. I bet the 345s are quite a bit heavier then the 325s.

the wider the tire the longer it takes to get heat into it too.

If you plan to do track days you might want to consider going with 18" wheels all around, better selecton and less expensive tires.

When I ran with sport cups I used 345's on the rear and 295's on the front as AU N EGL points out, it will take time to get heat into the rears...trust me I know this all to well.
